Meetings of the Kentucky Asset/Liability Commission and the State Property and Buildings Commission

FRANKFORT, KY – February 8, 2011 – (RealEstateRama) — The Kentucky Asset/Liability Commission (ALCo) will hold a meeting on Wednesday, Feb. 9, 2011 at 3 p.m. in Room 182 of the Capitol Annex, Frankfort, Ky. Immediately following adjournment of the ALCo meeting at approximately 3:15 p.m., the State Property and Buildings Commission (SPBC) will convene in Room 182 of the Capitol Annex, Frankfort, Ky.  Following are agendas for both meetings.

A Resolution providing for the authorization, issuance, sale and delivery of not to exceed $300,000,000 Funding Notes, 2011 General Fund First Series (Taxable) of the Kentucky Asset/Liability Commission, in one or more series, for the purpose of financing or refinancing  obligations owed under Section 161.550(2) of the Kentucky Revised Statutes; and authorizing a Trust Indenture, Financing Agreement, Note Purchase Agreement, Preliminary Official Statement, Official Statement and other agreements that may be entered into, all related to such notes. Resolution of the State Property and Buildings Commission of the Commonwealth of Kentucky approving the issuance of Kentucky Asset/Liability Commission Funding Notes, 2011 General Fund First Series (Taxable) in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $300,000,000 for the purpose of financing or refinancing obligations owed under KRS 161.550(2). 4. Kentucky Economic Development Finance Authority
Resolutions of the State Property and Buildings Commission of the Commonwealth of Kentucky approving the applications of the Secretary of the Cabinet for Economic Development to identify and specify certain economic development projects, to make grants totaling $33,695,000 to the following beneficiaries in connection with Base Realignment and Closure Act (BRAC) to be financed from the proceeds of Economic Development Revenue Bonds to be issued by the Commission.

2011-04 The City of Elizabethtown to complete the City Springs Water Treatment Plant Upgrade Project.  $1,000,000

2011-05 The Hardin County Fiscal Court for the benefit of the Hardin County
Water District to complete the Phase I Interconnect Project.  $495,000

2011-06 The Hardin County Fiscal Court for the benefit of the Hardin County
Water District to complete the Louisville Water-Fort Knox Interconnect Project.  $4,500,000

2011-07   The Hardin County Fiscal Court for the benefit of the Hardin County
Water District to complete the Phase II Radcliff Wastewater System Improvements Project.  $2,500,000

2011-08   The Hardin County Fiscal Court for the benefit of the Hardin County
Water District to complete the Louisville Water-Interstate 65 Interconnect Project.  $6,000,000

2011-09  The Hardin County Fiscal Court for the benefit of the Hardin County Water
