Kentucky and Oregon help local HBAs cash in to Beat 2011

WASHINGTON, D.C. – March 2, 2012 – (RealEstateRama) — NAHB’s new Beat 2011 program created a lot of excitement for local HBAs. Building on that buzz, some state HBAs are also chipping in to encourage locals to beat their 2011 Builder and Associate membership totals. In addition to the incentives being made available by NAHB, both the Home Builders Association of Kentucky and the Oregon Home Builders Associationare offering additional cash back to their HBAs that Beat 2011.

Beat 2011 is providing local HBAs with a special one-time incentive if they grow their Builder and Associate membership by the end of 2012. Any HBA that has, as of the end of the day on December 31st, 2012, a higher Builder and Associate membership total than they had on December 31st, 2011 will receive 50% of their national dues ($75) for every additional Builder and Associate member on their roster above the prior year end total. And now, local HBAs in Kentucky and Oregon will also receive 50% of their state dues for accomplishing this goal!

As a reminder, NAHB will be holding a webinar on March 2nd at 2pm EST to provide more detail about the Beat 2011 program. Complete details and rules for the Beat 2011 program will be available soon. Check for updates on the program by visiting the Beat 2011 page on the NAHB website.
